Tech. Randy Dorado performed service on my AC unit. He called before his arrival, and was actually early for our... scheduled appointment. The company was running a special on first time service, and it was a very good deal. Randy was very friendly and professional. They company offers a service membership, but it seemed a bit high. I will research later, and if it turns out too be competitively priced, I will probably sign up.read more

Comfort Now lived up to their reputation and reviews!The past two Summers my A/C has quit working and needed... immediate repair (we have very young kids at home). The techs that came out to repair the A/C were very knowledgeable and quick. When I decided to replace my 14 year old unit before it gets hot this Summer, I knew who to call. I didn't even get other quotes because I knew the level of service Comfort Now offered.Since agreeing to the install, it only took a few days for them to actually come install the unit. Scott came to oversee the installation of the air conditioner and furnace with a team of guys. They were all great and worked quickly. Scott and the team arrived early and were done by lunchtime, much faster than I thought it would take them. Scott was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with his honest opinion and professional expertise.I'm glad I went with Comfort Now for my HVAC needs, and I don't plan on using anyone else in the future. Janet in the office was also helpful answering my many questions. The whole team is great to work with. Highly recommended!read more

I was a bit nervous about having hiring a company to come look at our AC. Jeremy Fawkes was the representative that... came out to diagnose our problem. He was nice, great customer service and most importantly very clear on what he was doing. He explained the problem and how much it would cost. There was no run a round. Kyle Gilliland was my tech. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, professional and kind. I can always count on Comfort... Now and with Kyle I know it’s a win win situation. Daniel from Comfort Now completed the requested service and cleaning of my evaporative cooler internals promptly and... thoroughly. As always, Daniel showed me photos of the items cleaned following the service, made certain that all water lines were clean and free from obstruction and that the cooler was operating properly before leaving. Comfort Now is a dependable, reliable source for anyone needing HVAC or cooler maintenance and service. I will use them again in the future as necessary.read more

He was not pushy and did the work that was within my budget. I am on a service plan with Comfort Air so I do not need to remember when my next service is do. The technicians Randy Dorado and Steven were great! They were really informative about what was going on with my unit. ... I have had my unit serviced twice a year since I had it installed. Well I guess the company I was using sure didn't look very hard when they serviced it. They took a lot time to really check out my system and found a few problems that I sure wasn't expecting. They explained to me what was going on and even showed me what was happening with my unit. They answered all the questions I had and made sure that I was fully understanding of my options moving forward. I highly recommend these guys and I will be doing more business with them in the very near future. Thank you for taking the extra time to make sure I was good.read more

Jose is the technician I had originally, and now I ask for him whenever needed.. he is informed, efficient, and... professional and helpful in that he takes the time to answer and explain any questions I have. In addition to being all that, he's a really nice guy and I'm not at all uncomfortable with him being inside my home.. I will ask for Jose ever time I need service from Comfort Now, although I expect any of the others would be just as trustworthy and great! 10 stars!read more

I called Comfort Now on a Friday at the beginning of a 3-day weekend. They were so prompt and courteous. They kept in... touch every step of the way. Daniel was polite and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and showed me pictures of my heating equipment. He had all the tools and materials he needed at hand so that my house is now perfectly warm. A follow-up email arrived very quickly with thanks and copies of the pictures and repairs. I would gladly recommend this business to anyone.read more

I would have given five stars but the response time for them to set up an appointment or even call me and let me know... that they were busy took two weeks. The technician Randy Dorado was great! Very informative about what was going on with my unit. Showed me lots of photos. He explained to me what was going on… what to expect. He took the time to really check out our system. I wish the call center would have A better response time in the future, because it took two weeks for them to get back to me after I had left a message to set up an appointment. Even to just talk to somebody… thxread more

After being without AC all weekend Janet worked so hard to have someone out to my house right away and I appreciate her... immensely! It was so hot and we were miserable! Tom arrived promptly and on time, he was super professional, diagnosed my problem and got it fixed and cool air going in less than an hour! He was also so sweet to my pups and let them follow him all around the house! Thank you Janet and Tom! 10/10 recommend Comfort Now!read more

We first discovered Comfort Now when our AC went out in 2014. Dustin was a stand up guy and gained our trust... immediately. The install was quit a process, but that team was amazing.Our unit ran into some issues and we called for maintenance. The person I chatted with online to make the appointment was very friendly and helpful. The tech Daniel that came out was professional and great. He gave us the run down of what needed to happen and delivered the bad news that we would be without air for at minimum a week because the part needed was coming from back East. Was troubling news, but we really don’t have a choice. We have been trying to do our best to manage in triple degree weather and still keep our work schedules.We called yesterday for an update to see if there might be a better idea of when it will get fixed, were told that they would call us back. No return call came. We stopped into the company’s office this morning and pretty much got the brush off. I regret that we paid for the parts and service up front, seems now they have the money, they aren’t interested in keeping us up to date on progress. If there isn’t any news they can give at this time, then tell us. But leaving us hanging when we need to figure out a plan if we are going to be without air for another weekend or weeks, isn’t very kind.read more

I had some new ducts installed along with a second return and intake. Everyone I have dealt with at Comfort Now has... been very polite, informative, and knowledgeable. John Power and Jason Hanley were extremely helpful. They both gave me good information about my system and how it works. All of the technicians were considerate of my property and did a thorough clean up when they finished their work. I highly recommend Comfort Now.read more

During a recent heatwave my AC quit working. I phoned several service companies,Comfort Now was the only one to call... back. The service tech Daniel Badger phoned and arrived early for the appointment. I was impressed with his professionalism and competence. He was a pleasure to work with. I did have a minor issue with the billing/invoice department. But it was pleasantly resolved with any stress. A first rate company with first rate employees.read more

Our AC wasn’t cooling as well as it used to, so Daniel came out to take a look at it. He did a diagnostic of the whole... system, explained what was going on, and gave me a few options for how to fix it. He was able to recharge the system and clean the condenser coil that same visit. Our house is so much cooler and comfortable now! Highly recommended.read more

I had two different companies under contract to maintain my system. Despite my complaints of the system not cooling... they never found anything. Comfort Now came and quickly found the problem. I cannot say how impressed I was by the quality of service I got. They found the problem and fixed it. Needless to say I have them under contract for service and highly recommend you do the same. Had a service done today and it was awesome. Friendly, professional and efficient, what more can you ask for.read more

Our AC went out Thursday evening and I called Friday morning to make an appointment to get a diagnostic and they were... able to get someone out that same day within a few hours. Tommy Carroll came on time and helped us fix what needed to be repaired. We had a very great experience with Tommy. He was very professional and got the job done. Will definitely be going through them if needed.read more

Update to previous review Comfort Now has exchanged the AC Unit previously installed for a bigger unit needed to cool... the size of the house. Now my mom is happy her house is nice and cool. Thank you for making things right! I am going to change my rating to reflect the work completed!Yes you are right I was not a customer but my mother was Celia. I did call your office to resolve this issue but I got nowhere! I had to contact Home Depot and I am still waiting for you to make it right!!! The dollar amount yes absolutely correct for a job not complete!New AC unit installed transitioning from cooler to AC unit only to not include ducting so basically unit is just for looks! So upset and when I called to ask why well apparently that is an additional cost to add ducting after my mother has already been charged 11,000 dollars! Service guy told her it would be another 5,000 dollars are you kidding me!!! Beware if installing a new unit! Make it right!read more

I had called several other companies first and neither of them came after, I set an appointment with them. Called... Comfort Air and they sent a tech within 30 minutes! Daniel did a complete dignostics and shared pictures of what he found. Gave me some options and scheduled a follow up for his Supervisor to come out. I would recommend Comfort Air to anyone who wants great and honest service.read more

Found a good deal on an A/C tune up with Home Depot, they work with Comfort Now. James came out on time. He looked at... our system, our system is split, part of it is in the attic & the other is outside.James explained all that was needed & was very thorough. Comfort Now came out a couple weeks ago when my heater failed to kick on. A first tech couldn't find what was wrong... with it, thinking it was a loose wire. When the issue returned a couple days later, a second tech came out and said the main chip had bad solder connections and needed to be entirely replaced for around $700. Being moderately handy, I went up and checked out the board myself and couldn't see what he was saying so I called Grant's Heating and AC and got a second opinion. All my unit needed was a new capacitor and I was up and running for around $200. Comfort Now would have charged me $500 more and not fixed the problem. The techs were friendly and professional, but tried to up-sell me on various services and add-on equipment which I wasn't super stoked on. Regardless, Comfort Now got the diagnosis on my unit wrong and would have cost me a ton of money. I joined the service club over at Grant's. Sorry guys.read more

These people are crooks. If one small part is worn out they will tell you the whole thing needs to be redone and charge... you a lot of money. Not only did I have a problem with them but my neighbor did also.read more

Tommy Carroll at Comfort Now is a very professional tech that came out for a tune up service. He took pictures and... explained everything in detail of his findings . He advised of the system and was no pressure on any findings . He was very informative and courteous . The upmost professional service any company strives for. Daniel arrived on time. He did a tune up on my central unit.. He was very helpful, patient and informative when... explaining what he was going to do. He took pictures of my unit and showed them to me to explain what needed to be done in the future. He showed me the current state of the parts of the unit. Some were starting to show rust and would need to be serviced or replaced. He gave me 3 or 4 different options for work that needed to be done to keep the unit in good working condition. It is a 10 year old unit. He never pressured me on what to do but was was very helpful. As a result a choice was made for work to be done and he will be back next week to complete it. Their technician Tom C. did what I call an exam of our unit. He was honest and forthright with us about what was wrong,... took photos and explained everything to us. Offered options and was considerate of our budget. I appreciate how responsive this company is. Yesterday evening I sent a request by way of FB and they had a tech. here this afternoon. Josie was very nice and helpful as was the dispatcher. I couldn't be happier. And Tom wore a mask as did we. Putting health first. Awesome!read more

Daniel arrived to clean our heating unit and diagnose an unusual noise coming from it. He was able to fully explain... what was done and what needed to be done with words and pictures. We used Comfort Now to have our heating system inspected. We are tenants and it had been a few years since it as... serviced. Rene Maldonado was our technician and he was very thorough and professional. He was on the roof inspecting the system for quite sometime and when he came down, he had recommendations for parts needing replacement, which is to be expected on an 18 year old unit. He had a ton of pictures as well and explained to me what the parts were and why they needed replacing. I feel he was very honest as well. We will call to have those repairs done soon and will use them in the futureread more

had my roof replaced. they had to disconnect the heating ventilation to install. was concerned about the... re-attachment and possible debris in furnace. The technician, who's name was Daniel, was on time, polite, and very courteous. I expressed my concerns and he understood completely. He was very knowledgeable and did in fact find debris in the furnace motor. I was and am completely satisfied. Would recommend this company to anyoneread more

The technician was polite, professional and thorough. He took photos of issues on the ac unit explaining it all. Very... kind.UPDATE:Day 1: Daniel responded to our non working ac and blown breakerDay 2: John came out and gave us our optionsJanet in the office set up all the appts and communicated with us wonderfully.Daniel has finished all the repairs, cleaning and installed a new breaker. The unit is up and running at a great price. We never felt pressured to buy a new unit even though ours is aged considerably. The humanity this team exhibited was exceptional which exceeds just repair. They are genuinely kind. I have listed their names because they each deserve credit for how they did their job providing us a service.If you read reviews, I hope you are reading this one.
